Answer:
We are open for community tours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. You can set up a site tour through the sales office by calling (720) 874-0900 anytime between the hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday or 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. - What is your pet policy?
Answer:
Cats and dogs only. Maximum of two pets per home. Combined weight cannot exceed 80 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. Pet deposit is $200 for one pet with a nonrefundable fee of $300. The pet deposit for a second pet is $250 with a nonrefundable fee of $200. An additional fee of $25 per month per (subject to change at any time) pet will be added to your standard monthly rent. - What is the cost for resident parking?

The outside lots offer open, free parking. We have detached garages available for $75 per month. - Is The Crest at Lone Tree cable/broadband accessible?
Answer:
Yes, the apartments are pre-wired and pre-cabled to provide cable and web site broadband access. Plus, the property has wireless internet connectivity throughout indoor and outdoor common areas.

North of the leasing office as you pull into the community. Your mail box number is the same as your apartment number. - What is your pet policy?

There is no security on-site. Contact the Lone Tree Police Department at 303-660-7505 or dial 911 for emergencies. - When can I use the business center and what equipment is available?
Answer:
The business center is available 24 hours. You may use internet-accessible computers, printers and fax or access the internet with your laptop via our wireless connections. The fax machine, printer and copier are available during business hours only. - When is rent due?
Answer:
Rent is due the first of each month and is considered late on the third of the month. Late fees will incur starting on the fourth day of the month. - What is the deposit return policy?
Answer:
The security deposit is fully refundable provided the apartment is left in proper condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. See the leasing office for a handy checklist detailing expectations. - What are the required move-out procedures and notification requirements?
Answer:
Residents intending to move out are required to give a written notice 60 days prior to move-out. Residents are expected to leave the apartment clean and intact, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
